The Sales Division is a team that always achieves its goals once set. The Strategy Planning Division serves as the 'Navigator' of Human Wellness, setting the company's direction and designing the most efficient growth path. Beyond simply analyzing numbers, we read the rapidly changing trends of the health and medical industry to support major decisions such as incubating new business opportunities, establishing global expansion strategies, and executing strategic alliances (M&A) to drive the company's quantum jump. We align company-wide goals so that each business unit can achieve maximum performance and provide rational strategies based on data. Drawing the big picture so that Human Wellness becomes the new standard in the industry through keen market insight and agile execution strategies—this is the core mission of the Strategy Planning Division.

Hello, this is the Human Wellness Quality Management Team. The Quality Management Team reviews regulatory requirements for all products handled within the company, establishes licensing strategies for market launch, and handles general tasks related to actual permits. Even after marketing, we monitor regulatory matters, apply them to products, and serve as a window for product quality internally and externally. Since Human Wellness handles products in various sectors such as medical devices, food, and bottled water, and plans differentiated products that did not exist in the market, individual projects are challenging. However, you can experience the importance of Regulatory Science and feel great satisfaction when permits are completed by resolving gaps in various regulations.
The SCM Team is responsible for the supply chain to ensure company products reach customers 'on time, with the right quality, and at optimal cost.' Simply put, we design and manage the entire journey from the manufacturing factory to the customer's hands. Key responsibilities include minimizing lead times, accurately managing inventory, and optimizing costs while coordinating with domestic/overseas manufacturers, 3PL warehouses, carriers, and internal sales/quality teams. As Human Wellness aims for global expansion, the SCM Team also handles international logistics, customs, and licensing requirements. Therefore, rather than just executors, the SCM Team acts as a 'strategic partner' that makes data-driven decisions and improves processes. The Finance & Accounting Team acts as the 'solid root' supporting the sustainable growth of Human Wellness. We are business partners who go beyond simple bookkeeping to provide financial insights and key indicators that help management make the right decisions. By establishing a transparent and sound financial structure, we proactively manage corporate risks and accelerate business expansion through efficient fund management. In particular, we proactively review and resolve complex tax and accounting issues related to global market entry and new business expansion, contributing to enhancing corporate credibility. Diagnosing the company's present through accurate numbers and preparing for the future—this is how the Finance & Accounting Team protects the healthy growth of Human Wellness.
